Pull up a chair, and let's chat about us.

You're already sitting, aren't you?

Synapse Studios is the result of two entrepreneurs who found each other almost by chance. After an online introduction by a mutual friend in 2003, Chris and Bob met in person and quickly realized that their passions for web development and running a business were one in the same. Within two months, they had registered as an LLC and landed their first client.

"How can we make this better?"

Our driving vision lies in building creative solutions to complex problems, software that scales to enterprise levels and people who absolutely love what they do for a living. Working for us is challenging, but a whole lot of fun. We believe that a fun work environment leads to better quality code and a product everyone is truly proud of—and it shows in our software and our attitudes.

We're growing quickly and loving every minute of it. If you're interested in joining our team and really loving your job for a change, let us know.

Based in far-too-sunny Tempe, Arizona, our office overlooks lively and always entertaining Mill Avenue, in the heart of Downtown Tempe and across the street (and down a block) from Arizona State University's Brickyard complex.

Experience, an ability to see the big picture and a great personality: some of the qualities you'll find in our people. (Raw talent and smoldering good looks, to boot.) Have a look at some of the key players from our company.
