Phase 5: Support & Maintenance
Phase 5 represents our ongoing support and maintenance relationship with our clients. The client is given access to our internal issue tracking system so that they can report and follow up on bugs and other issues. They are also given emergency contact information in case of a system-related issue. The support and maintenance elements do not include the development or implementation of additional features, but only optimization, bug fixes and ongoing user support.
- Grant client access to Synapse Studios' issue tracking system
- Train client on proper usage of issue tracking system
- Provide client with emergency support contacts' information
- Monitor system and server performance
- Adjust settings to optimize performance when needed
